Upload the consolidated billing report, this file must have been converted to an .xlsx. Click Add Summary & Download and then move to Step 2.
The Excel field should autopopulate with the file from above, in the PDF Template, select the Coverpage File. In the Start Date and Invoice Date fields, enter the date range that the invoices cover. Click Fill PDF(s) & Download and move to step 3.
Upload the same consolidated billing report from Step 1. Click Detect groups & create ZIP. This step takes time. Once complete move to step 4.
Select both zip files created from steps 2 and 3, then click Create Consolidated ZIP.
